How do I buy something?

Browse by category or search for an item, choose the shop, and place your order. Pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery. Your order goes straight to the shopkeeper, who prepares it for pickup or sends it out for delivery.

I own a shop in Upper Bazaar. How do I join?

Listing is free to start — you only pay commission on what you actually sell. Create your shop page with photos and timings, add your items, and start taking orders. Paid monthly plans add featured placement, online payments and analytics when you are ready.

How much does it cost to sell?

Accepted Answer

The Starter plan is free to list, with commission only on completed orders. Growth is ₹499 a month and Pro is ₹1,499 a month, each lowering your per-order commission and adding placement and tools. You can start free and upgrade once orders pick up.

Question 5

Do you deliver across Ranchi?

Delivery is arranged between you and the shop, and shops on the Growth and Pro plans can use our delivery-partner integration. Many buyers also choose to collect in person from the shop counter.

Is my payment safe?

Accepted Answer

Online payments run through a trusted payment gateway, and cash on delivery is always available. The platform connects you to the shop and never asks for card details over chat or phone.
